Leading a more consequential life

The tradition of having a new year’s resolution seems more appropriate than ever.

Our world is in a state of change, and we are dealing with complex challenges at a scale never seen before.

This has brought increased pressure, high demand, and long hours for people across all sectors, leading to burn out, stress and exhaustion.

As a result, people are starting to explore what their life means, and question whether what they are doing is “worth it”.

This has, in part, resulted in The Great Resignation.

During this period, people have been exploring what it means to live a more consequential life – a life of happiness, meaning and legacy.

Achieving this requires a different framework and thinking to the traditional structures and expectations of what is considered a good life. It requires a personalised framework that includes goals to craft a life story of deep meaning, impact, and personal fulfillment.

It requires deliberate design and a series of well-considered decisions. These decisions or choices, add up to your life.

There is no greater time like the present to start that journey, to move from Present Self (the person you perceive yourself to be right now) to your Future Self (the person you hope to be).

What life will you choose to live?
